JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Food Service Assistant to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Food Service Assistant. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric (Grade 12)
- Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
- Must have proven customer service experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene
- Must be passionate about delivering world-class service to clients and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To assist with food preparation and production tasks
- To provide general support across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
