JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Area Manager to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Area Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have minimum 5 Years’ experience in cleaning, Hygiene and Facilities Management is compulsory
- Must have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial cleaning or facilities management setting.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong organizational and leadership skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Must have ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To manage a team of cleaners, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- To conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- To develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- To maintain relationships with clients and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- To monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and make necessary orders
- To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- To provide regular reports to senior management on cleaning operations and performance.
