JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cashier to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable Cashier. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Must be Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Having previous experience in a similar role will serve as recommendation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent client service
- Conflict handling
- Must be numerate
- Must be fast and energetic
- Must be accurate and friendly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To maintain high standards for administration
- Goods received voucher and completion of invoices
- Processing stock claims
- To minimize risk to the company
- To issue GRV’s for stock as well as monitoring deviation report
- To assist in Audit process.
- Management and control over bank and petty cash.
- Filing relevant documents according to set out standard
- Client service
- Stock Control
- Other job-related administrative duties.
