JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Baker to start working ASAP. Food Lovers Market requires the services of reputable Baker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have experience as a baker
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Within 25km from job
- Clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
- To follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery. Having energy to produce products from an early hour.
- To take accurate stock take on a weekly basis.
- To tell the bakery manager when an ingredient is almost out of stock and order from the correct supplier
- To assist in the preparation of various baked goods
- To operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters under supervision.
- To maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
