JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Assistant to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable General Assistant. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have previous experience working in a Hospital as a General Assistant.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have trustworthy and Reliable
- Must have attention to details
- Must be motivated
- Must enjoy practical and methodical work
- Must be honest and reliable
- Must have good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to work quickly and safely
- Must have good personal hygiene
- Must be free from skin allergies to foods and detergents
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure that the Company’s and Statutory regulations regarding cleanliness are complied with within all tasks undertaken.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the scullery.
- To ensure hygiene standards, health and safety standards are met at all times.
- To maintain the Company’s standard of hygiene and cleanliness of all crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen and dining room utensils.
- To ensure removal of refuse from scullery area.
- To assist in other areas of the unit when required and to attend to all reasonable
- requests made by management.
- Fridges in the walk-in cold rooms must be cleaned.
- No cleaning agents must be left in public areas.
- Safety signs/boards must be placed in areas where cleaning is in progress.
- To ensure that the outside area of the store is clean and inviting at all times.
