JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Site Security Coordinator to start working ASAP. Pepsico requires the services of reputable Site Security Coordinator. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have matric
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Must have 3 years Security experience in private sector
- Must have knowledge of best security practices, principles and objectives
- Must have Security PSIRA ( Grade A) qualification.
- Must have a working proficiency of written and spoken English
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have ability to work among a team of peers.
- Must have ability to work in a challenging environment and to be connected 24/7.
- Must have excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines and work in a multi-task environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure that the premises is compliant with the Site security plan
- To maintain strong working relationships with, and provide consultation to, local management teams.
- To plan and oversee periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual security risk assessment on the premises in order to identify critical vulnerabilities and to assist in closing these risks through cost-effective, best practice security enhancements.
- To develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other large multinational companies.
- To ensure compliance with PepsiCo EMEA Security Risk Management System and supporting standards and procedures.
- To assist in delivering security awareness for PepsiCo associates and training programs to security associates.
- To advise and assist before, during and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessments and security advice to site leaders.
- To assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans to strengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell)..
