Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Supervisorto start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have matric certificate, PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation.
- Must have strong retail background
- Must have supervision experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
- Must have strong reporting writing skills
- Must have strong administrative skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client about security services rendered.
- Ensuring the posting of Security Officers are done timeously.
- Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
- Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
- General management and supervision of security staff.
- Investigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management.
